Open the capsule (or acquire yogurt) and mix it together with your saliva.  Maintain it with your mouth for a couple of minutes and after that swallow. Place Bravo wherever and when you'd like it with Bravo Concentrate. I've noticed terrific health enhancements just after only one month if applying this. I did a great deal of analysis on vari
